provider Movement building
We collaborate with organizations and allies to expand training opportunities, foster supportive networks for providers, and drive systemic change in reproductive health care access.
Overview
At Repro TLC, we’re committed to building strong, supportive networks for sexual and reproductive health care providers. Through relationship building, we share information, support providers, and create opportunities for current and future providers to connect to advocacy efforts.
How We Work
In 2021, Repro TLC launched a program focused on supporting our clinical training alumni. This initiative provides resources, skill-building opportunities, and mentorship to help alumni overcome barriers and improve access to full-scope reproductive health care in their communities and practices. Since that time, we are expanding our networks beyond alumni by building connections with providers, learners, partners and advocates nationwide.
Provider Movement Building offers information, resources, skill building, and mentorship to Repro TLC clinical training alums to equip them to reduce barriers and increase access to full-scope comprehensive reproductive health care in their communities, practices, and institutions.
Guided by an advisory committee made up of board members, staff, alumni, providers, and advocates, we will work collaboratively to shape the program’s goals and priorities.
What We Do
Advance provider learning collaboratives
Mobilize providers for collective action on key SRH policy goals
Strengthen long-term movement building for reproductive justice in provider communities and networks

Power in Policy: Understanding Legislation as a Tool to Advance SRH Care
March 19, 2026 | 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM CT
Power in Policy is the third session in the Power in Action: Sexual and Reproductive Health Advocacy Training series hosted by Repro TLC and the Reproductive Health Access Project (RHAP). Meaningful change for reproductive health equity can happen at the state-level though a variety of policy approaches. Participants will understand how to assess advocacy needs, influence legislative policy change at the state level, and gain strategies for organizing around sexual and reproductive health policies.
