Overview

At Repro TLC, we’re committed to building strong, supportive networks for sexual and reproductive health care providers. Through relationship building, we share information, support providers, and create opportunities for current and future providers to connect to advocacy efforts.

Repro TLC’s Provider Movement Building program builds strong, supportive networks for sexual and reproductive health care providers. Through relationship building, we share information, foster connections, and engage providers in advocacy efforts.

How We Work

In 2021, Repro TLC launched a program focused on supporting our clinical training alumni. This initiative provides resources, skill-building opportunities, and mentorship to help alumni overcome barriers and improve access to full-scope reproductive health care in their communities and practices. Since that time, we are expanding our networks beyond alumni by building connections with providers, learners, partners and advocates nationwide.

Provider Movement Building offers information, resources, skill building, and mentorship to Repro TLC clinical training alums to equip them to reduce barriers and increase access to full-scope comprehensive reproductive health care in their communities, practices, and institutions.

Guided by an advisory committee made up of board members, staff, alumni, providers, and advocates, we will work collaboratively to shape the program’s goals and priorities.

What We Do

Our Provider Movement Building team focuses on:

Supporting and resourcing advocacy efforts, provider collaboratives, and reproductive justice initiatives.

Partnering to create provider learning collaboratives, such as our partnership with ExPAND Mifepristone which connects primary care providers with cohort style consultation and resources to enable them to implement medication abortion care in their clinics.

Expanding our understanding of barriers and opportunities for reproductive care workers in Illinois through our Landscape Analysis survey launching in early March. Together, we are equipping Repro TLC constituents with the tools, skills, and support they need to increase access to sexual and reproductive health care in their communities.

Together, we are equipping Repro TLC alumni with the tools, skills, and support they need to increase access to reproductive health care in their communities.

New PMB Survey

Amplifying Illinois Voices: Repro Workers Training Needs Assessment Survey – Now Live!

Reproductive health care workers—including Advanced Practice Clinicians, Doulas, Community Health Workers, Midwives, Nurses, and OB/GYNs—are essential in the fight for reproductive justice. By amplifying their voices and addressing barriers to training, we strengthen access to care for communities across Illinois.

We invite all reproductive health workers to complete the survey by April 15, 2025!

What the Survey Covers?

The survey aims to gather insights on:

  • Your role as a reproductive care provide

  • Training needs and professional development opportunities

  • Barriers to providing abortion care in your community

  • Navigating and working in a politically charged environment

Learn more by reviewing the FAQ Sheet and Informed Consent Form before participating.
